Yes, subject to availability. Contact us before your rental period ends to request an extension. We confirm availability and send a payment link for the additional days. If another customer has booked the same unit, we can sometimes provide an equivalent replacement.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. Full payment is required when booking is confirmed. Business accounts can request invoice payment terms for corporate packages.
Yes, we hold a refundable deposit of £100 for Weekend Warrior and Extended Adventure rentals, £150 for Family Camping and Festival Season rentals, and £300 for Corporate Event packages. The deposit is released within 48 hours of equipment return and inspection.
Late returns are charged at 20% of the daily rental rate per day. If you know you'll be late, contact us in advance. We can sometimes accommodate extensions if the equipment isn't immediately needed for another booking.
Our rentals are for UK use only. The units contain lithium batteries subject to transportation regulations and insurance restrictions. Taking equipment outside the UK violates rental terms and voids insurance coverage.
