Rental Terms and Conditions

Booking Process

Reserve online or by email. We confirm availability within 2 hours. Payment required at booking confirmation. Refunds available up to 48 hours before rental period starts.

Delivery Options

Free delivery within 20 miles of our base location. Extended delivery available for additional fee. Self-collection available with 10% discount. Delivery scheduled within your preferred 2-hour window.

Insurance Coverage

All rentals include full damage insurance. Normal wear and tear covered. Accidental damage covered up to £500. Theft requires police report within 24 hours. Water damage covered if used within IP65 rating specifications.

Support Access

24/7 technical support line included with every rental. Video call assistance available for troubleshooting. Emergency replacement unit dispatched for equipment failures. No additional charges for technical support.

Return Process

Return on final day of rental period or arrange pickup. Late returns charged at 20% of daily rate per day. Equipment inspected on return. Refundable deposit released within 48 hours.

Every unit tested and fully charged before rental. All cables and accessories checked. Battery health verified above 90% capacity. Units cleaned and sanitized between rentals.
